This month, we’re honored to spotlight Nadene Long, a powerhouse in real estate, leadership, and faith-driven entrepreneurship. Nadene is a devoted wife, mother of three, loving bonus mom, and proud grandmother who leads with purpose and grace. As a real estate broker, investor, and owner of Wealth Partners Realty Group in San Antonio, Texas, she has dedicated over a decade to helping individuals and families build generational wealth through real estate. Her leadership extends beyond her brokerage—she mentors a growing team of agents, expands her personal real estate portfolio, and is deeply committed to developing strong leaders within the industry.

In addition to her work as a broker, Nadene is a licensed real estate instructor and founder of Wealth Partners Academy, an educational platform that empowers professionals with practical business strategies rooted in biblical principles. She also serves as the President of
the Women’s Council of NAREB, San Antonio Chapter, where she champions the mission of bridging the wealth gap within minority communities.
Raised by Liberian parents—her mother an entrepreneur and her father a corporate executive—Nadene was inspired to lead with integrity, vision, and a heart for service. She credits her faith as the foundation of her journey, humbly acknowledging that her identity and purpose are found in Christ. Her calling is to bring hope, uplift, and empower others to thrive both in faith and in business.
Reflecting on her journey, Nadene shares that one of her biggest challenges has been learning to blend family, business, and faith. She believes balance is often a myth—it’s not always about perfection, but about the juggle. Through each stretch, stumble, and sacrifice, she has learned to extend herself grace and stay focused on obedience and faith. “I don’t have to do it all perfectly,” she says. “I just have to stay obedient, stay faithful, and keep showing up.”

Her favorite scripture, “But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well” (Matthew 6:33), guides both her personal and professional life. When asked what advice she would give to other women aspiring to succeed in real estate, Nadene encourages them to “Be authentically you while evolving into the woman God has called you to be. Own your mistakes and keep it moving.”
