LaCrecia is an accomplished beauty professional with over a decade of freelance experience as a makeup artist and beauty educator, as well as 7 years as a lash technician and 4 years as a Texas-certified lash educator. Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about empowering others, she has dedicated her career to helping individuals achieve their beauty goals—educationally and financially.
LaCrecia’s journey began in East Texas, where her love for the beauty industry took root in her teenage years. For 27 years, she worked in a local warehouse while keeping her passion for beauty alive as a side hustle. In 2017, she embarked on her lash journey and quickly recognized a need for structured, high-quality lash training in East Texas.
Her realization inspired her to take a bold leap in 2021, retiring from her warehouse job to fully invest in her calling as a lash academy owner. With courage, vision, and dedication, she turned her dream into a thriving business.
One of the main challenges LaCrecia encountered was finding instructors with both the skill and the patience to connect with students' unique learning styles. Through persistence and an open mindset, she has built Lifestyle Lash Academy into a respected institution for lash education and beauty empowerment.
Her advice for aspiring beauty professionals? “There is nothing fast about lashing! Make sure you’re choosing this path to make a difference and not just to make money. As a friend of mine once said, ‘Money follows the ministry.” LaCrecia is a testament to the fulfilling and rewarding career the beauty industry can offer, and her story encourages others to pursue their passion with purpose.
