Woman of the Month: Jeri-Ashley DeLeon Bremer

We are excited to highlight Jeri-Ashley DeLeon Bremer, the visionary Founder and CEO of The Mindfulness Co., as our Woman of the Month! Jeri-Ashley (she/her/ella) is a trailblazer in mindful parenting and leadership, with nearly 20 years of experience. She is deeply passionate about enhancing emotional and psychological resilience in school-aged children, parents, educators, and leaders through her research-based, trauma-informed practices.

Jeri-Ashley's commitment to creating strong, sustainable communities is rooted in her belief in an assets-based approach, where future generations thrive on unconditional love and acceptance. Through her work, she has transformed educational environments and empowered organizations to prioritize mental well-being, effectively reducing burnout and restoring a sense of purpose in both personal and professional lives.

With a B.A. in Sociology from St. Mary's University and an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University, Jeri-Ashley is a certified parent, mindfulness, and meditation coach. Her holistic approach is proven to foster sustainable well-being and resilient leadership. Over the course of her career, she has impacted thousands of professionals, equipping them with the tools to thrive mentally and emotionally.

Like many service-based entrepreneurs, Jeri-Ashley has faced challenges in her journey, particularly overcoming doubt. Early on, she encountered individuals and organizations who struggled to see the value in her services, causing her to question her own worth. However, through self-reflection and mastering her mindset, Jeri-Ashley learned to overcome imposter syndrome and embrace her brilliance. Now, she partners with organizations and individuals who recognize the immense value of her work, allowing her to make a profound impact.

Jeri-Ashley’s favorite quote to live by is: “The Universe never says ‘no.’ It’s either a ‘yes,’ ‘not yet,’ or ‘I’ve got something better.’” Her advice to women stepping into their empowered and elevated eras? Be willing to shed the layers of your old self to make room for big blessings and create an impact beyond your imagination.

If you're ready to step into your power, Jeri-Ashley encourages you to DREAM. Visualize your highest self in as much detail as possible—what she wears, how she spends her time, and how she holds herself—so you can start embodying her now.
