The Texas Women of the Year Awards celebrate women of color who are breaking barriers, building community, and shaping the future of Texas. Through our Pass It On initiative, each winner not only receives recognition but also invests in the next generation of leaders. Now it’s your turn to help us spotlight the trailblazers of 2025, cast your vote and lift up the women making a difference across our state.

Chef of the Year – Serving up creativity, culture, and flavor through food.

Community Leader of the Year – Leading initiatives that transform neighborhoods and lives.

Realtor of the Year – Opening doors, building dreams, and uplifting communities through housing.
​
Mompreneur of the Year – Balancing business and motherhood while thriving in both.
​
Young Entrepreneur of the Year – A rising star building businesses and impact before the age of 18.​​
​
Faith Leader of the Year – Recognizing a woman who uplifts her community through faith-driven leadership and impact.
​
Texas Woman of the Year – The highest honor, awarded to the woman who exemplifies leadership, impact, and the heart of Texas.
Every vote shines a light on women of color who deserve recognition for their hard work, creativity, and leadership.
​
Write-in voting will be open from October 3, 2025, to October 19, 2025. The final voting round, where you’ll choose from the top three nominees in each category, will run from October 20, 2025, to November 1, 2025.
​
Once winners are selected and contacted, they will be required to agree to our Pass It On initiative before receiving their award. This commitment ensures that each recipient invests in and supports the next generation of Texas women leaders.
​
Winners will be announced on December 1, 2025, on our FETX Blog at midnight and across our social media at @femaleexecutivesoftx, and each award will be shipped directly to the recipients as part of our tradition of honoring and empowering women across Texas.
