Event Highlights:
1. A Clear Mind: Learn the fundamentals of mental health as minority women in business and best practices. Led by Jaz Burgess, owner of Hustle meets Grace & SolHaven Counseling,
2. For The Love of Money: Discover practical strategies for managing your finances, securing funding, and maximizing resources to fuel your business growth. In this session, let's learn to love our money and show the gratitude it needs to grow like wild flowers in our accounts. Led by Coach Melissa Davis, a local money empowerment coach.
3. Unstoppable Brand: Dive into the world of marketing and branding, and learn how to create compelling messaging, visuals, and campaigns that resonate with your audience and set you apart from the competition. Led by Dr. Adrienne Ashford--Velazuez, Owner of Seven Figure Boss.
4. Inclusion in proffesional settings: Centers on empowering Black and Brown women in professional settings, offering strategies for navigating systemic barriers and fostering inclusive environments. Participants will gain insights into effective advocacy, leadership, and community-building to enhance their professional experiences and opportunities. Led by Alexandrea Rodriguez, DEI Consultant.
5. Visual Storytelling: Explore tecniques on using imagery to tell your story of your brand, learn why quality in product branding is important and practical tips on how to schieve strong images. Led by Bria Woods, local photojournalist.
6. Media & Community Engagement: This class teaches women how to effectively position themselves in media, develop strategic relationships, and build community through media and PR. Participants will learn techniques for leveraging media platforms and crafting compelling narratives to amplify their voices and causes. Led by April Monterossa, Founder of Live from the Southside.

Jaz Burgess, M.Ed, MS, RYT200: The vibrant force behind Hustle Meets Grace and SolHaven Counseling that is
redefining self-care, personal growth, and spiritual hygiene. With a Master's in Student Affairs
and Higher Education, and a Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Jaz is a powerhouse
of knowledge and experience. As thefounder of Hustle Meets Grace, a wellness consulting company, she has created a space where seekers of wellness can find their path to inner peace and fulfillment. Under the HMG umbrella,
Jaz offers HMG Yoga and Remix Your Life Coaching, providing holistic services that transformlives. Jaz is also the proud owner of SolHaven Counseling where she is an LPC Associate under the supervision of Dr. Staussa Ervin, EdD, LPC-S . At SolHaven, Jaz specializes in supporting Pastors and Ministry leaders who have experienced church hurt, burnout, and the effects of purity culture. In addition to being a wellness practitioner, Jaz serves as the Executive Pastor at The CLLXTV (pronounced collective) and is a captivating public speaker, with her TED Talk that explores the intersection of mental health and financial aid repayment. Jaz’s biggest passion is helping millennials create lives they don’t want to escape from.
